Standard axle spacers are typically made of steel, which, while durable and cost-effective, creates high friction against the wheel bearing seal. This tight fit generates rotational resistance, leading to wear, friction heat, and potential seal damage over time.

AELLA’s precision-machined ultra-super duralumin (A7075 aluminum) axle spacers are engineered to minimize resistance while maintaining optimal sealing performance.

What is Kashima Coat?

Kashima Coat is a high-performance anodizing treatment infused with molybdenum disulfide, a solid lubricant that fills microscopic pores in the aluminium surface. This reduces rolling resistance and enhances longevity, making it ideal for high-friction components.

Proven Performance Improvement

With AELLA’s Axle Spacers, the force required for rotation has been reduced from 0.882N to 0.402N (measured at the rim) — less than half the original resistance.

Important Notes

• If the oil seal is worn, it may cause a gap; replacing the oil seal (Part No. 93040521A) is recommended.
• We recommend the installation of AELLA parts to be executed by a professional workshop.
