AELLA Aluminum Variable Handlebar For Ducati Diavel V4
This insert-type aluminum variable handlebar is specifically designed for the Ducati Diavel V4.
It provides a wider and more relaxed riding position while maintaining OEM cable and hose compatibility.
Handlebar position can be adjusted closer to the rider by 10 mm to 20 mm through spacer selection, allowing fine tuning of rider ergonomics without permanent modification.
Design & Construction
Developed using AELLA’s long-standing design and manufacturing expertise, this handlebar is CNC-machined from billet aluminum.
Material is strategically hollowed to reduce unnecessary weight and excessive stiffness, while maintaining high overall rigidity.
This construction improves vibration damping and ride comfort compared to conventional solid designs.
Although highly visible and visually distinctive, this component is engineered with a primary focus on rider comfort and control, not aesthetics alone.
AELLA’s design philosophy prioritizes a fatigue-free riding position, supporting sustained concentration and consistent riding quality, which contributes to overall riding safety.

Standard configuration uses a 2 mm spacer. Optional spacers allow increased forward offset.
Unlike conventional variable handlebars, forward position is adjusted by changing spacer thickness.

Installation
As usual we recommend the installation of AELLA parts by a professional workshop.
A special tool required for the switch housing removal: OEM Ducati tool part number 88713.4967
Handlebar Spacers
- Standard spacer included: 2 mm
- Optional spacers available: 7 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm
- One alternate spacer may be selected at no additional charge when purchasing the handlebars, please select the default 2mm and add a comment when ordering
- Additional spacer and bolt sets can be bought separately, please select when ordering
