AELLA engine slider for Panigale V4 - Left side only
This AELLA cover protects the magnesium crankcase.
Magnesium is used for the Panigale V4 crankcase for weight reduction, and repair or replacement costs can be substantial even after a fall from standstill.
The cover made by AELLA applies hard alumite treatment to aluminum scraping (A2017 material), enhancing the guard's strength and allows color matching with magnesium cover.
There will be no color fading due to heat or ultraviolet rays because it is uncolored alumite. Using uncolored alumite could bring a slight difference in color tone due to different lots. Hence it may not be exactly the same color on the left and right.
The cover's shape was designed to protrude as less as possible while offering a great deal of protection.
Its wall thickness varies between 6 mm where the impact is the most likely, and 2.5 mm elsewhere.
There is a heat-resistant fluorocarbon rubber on the inside of the cover to help relieving from the shock applied to the case in the event of a fall.
